Collequted Physiotherapy was founded by Kelcie Mitchell, a dual-qualified Physiotherapist for both horse and rider.
With a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from The University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Veterinary Physiotherapy from The University of Liverpool, Kelcie combines expertise in human and animal movement to provide a unique perspective on equestrian performance and rehabilitation.
This dual qualification allows Kelcie to assess not only the horse, but also the rider and the partnership between them—helping identify factors that may be influencing comfort, movement quality, performance or recovery.
Servicing the Gold Coast, Scenic Rim and Northern New South Wales regions, Collequted Physiotherapy works with horses, riders and canine athletes across all levels, from rehabilitation and injury management through to performance optimisation and maintenance care.
Kelcie’s experience spans human clinical physiotherapy, equine rehabilitation, rider biomechanics, and canine performance care. Experienced in working with clients from leisure level through to elite athletes, ensuring treatment plans fit real-world demands while delivering high-quality physiotherapy outcomes.
