AHPRA registered Human & Animal Physio for Canine, Horse & Rider

Hi, I’m Kelcie Mitchell, founder of Collequted Physiotherapy.
I’m an AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with a Postgraduate Diploma in Veterinary Physiotherapy, with a lifelong passion for horses, sport, and movement.
When not on the road for animal clients, I work in Gold Coast Physio & Sports Health, located in Ashmore to support human clients within the general population and in various levels of different sporting disciplines.
That experience—combined with my background in equine sports as an athlete in eventing, showing, pony club, among others, as well as other degrees in Equine Stud Management and Agriculture—led me to specialise with a Veterinary Physiotherapy Degree where I can work and help more holistically for horses and riders to optimise performance and recovery.

Horse sport performance is my passion. My focus is on clinical evidence-based practice for providing tailored care and management throughout your horse’s equine career. With experience, education and knowledge in nutrition, general health and stud management, I aim to provide support and care every step of the way.
I also enjoy seeing your canine companions to help support them and their owners throughout injury rehabilitation and general health management.
I believe that understanding the why of injury or pain, is the key to the best outcomes for horse, rider and canine health —whether that’s helping a horse return to general health or competition, improving rider and horse performance, or supporting a canine companion after injury.

My experience spans human clinical physiotherapy, equine rehabilitation, rider biomechanics, and canine performance care.
I’ve worked with clients from leisure level through to elite athletes, ensuring treatment plans fit real-world demands while delivering high-quality physiotherapy outcomes.
